At dear nari, we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, please read our policy below before reaching out to us at support@dearnari.com.
Eligibility for returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the seal intact.

Products that have been opened or partially consumed are not eligible for return due to the consumable nature of herbal wellness products.

Items purchased during sale or with discount codes are not eligible for return.
Damaged or defective products

If your order arrived damaged, tampered, or incorrect, please email us at support@dearnari.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos of the product.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification — at no additional cost to you.
Refund process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate a refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking).

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please share your bank details with us when raising the request.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
