Shipping policy

We ship across India. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery timelines

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote & hilly areas (including parts of Uttarakhand, Northeast India): 7–10 business days

Shipping charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • A shipping fee of ₹60–₹80 applies to orders below ₹499 (prepaid).

  • COD orders may carry an additional handling fee of ₹30–₹50 depending on the delivery location.

Order tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email.

  • You can also track your order using the AWB/tracking number on our courier partner's website.

  • For any tracking issues, please contact us at support@dearnari.com with your order ID.


Cash on delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on select pincodes across India.

  • Partial COD (pay a small amount online + rest on delivery) is available via Razorpay Magic Checkout at checkout.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

Failed delivery & RTO

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt re-delivery once more.

  • If the order is returned to us (RTO), we will contact you. Reshipping charges will apply for resending the order.

  • Refunds for returned-to-origin orders will be processed after deducting shipping charges

Delayed shipments

Delivery timelines may be affected during peak festive seasons, natural calamities, or courier disruptions. dear nari is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, but we will always keep you informed and help resolve the issue.
